Survey of Employee Engagement benchmark data is now available for the 2013-2014 survey iteration. Benchmark data gives a practical way to measure performance against other institutions or organizations. Benchmark scores from this survey iteration will help you discover how your organization compares to other participating institutions/organizations.
This chart shows the years of service for all respondents in 2013-2014.
Reports and spreadsheet data for each organizational category are provided to the institution/organization for internal benchmarking purposes. Benchmark scores for external benchmarking purposes are calculated all participating agencies; as well as for agencies of similar size, of the same missions, or as part of the same special grouping. Internal and external benchmark data may help identify areas on which to base intervention strategies. Over time data gives a dynamic depiction of the how issues within an institution/organization change. Scores from previous iterations are provided in the Data Report, and a graphic illustration displays the score changes for each construct from the previous iteration.
